A: The Rival Brothers Coffee Pop-Up is closed until further notice. A re-launch date will be announced soon.

Q: Are there fees associated WITH using NoBA’s workspace?

A: There is no fee associated
 with using NoBA’s Workspace,
 the use of the space is free
 with wifi.

Q: What are the hours and address 
of NoBA Workspace?

A: NoBA Workspace, located at 210 Bala Ave, is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 3:30PM and additional hours when accommodating events.

Q: Can I host my event at the NoBA WorkSpace
 or ArtSpace?


A: Yes, NoBA spaces will consider events that are geared towards serving the community.
 The NoBA Artspaces will resume events in October. For additional information, please contact NoBAWorkspace@gmail.com or NoBAArtspace@gmail.com

Q: Where is NoBA District Located?

A: The NoBA district is located just west of Route 1/City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA, with a northern border of Montgomery Ave, between Conshohocken State Road & Bryn Mawr Avenue.

Q: Is there anyway I can volunteer
 for NOBA District?

A: Yes. We are currently working on community oriented events. The primary need is promotion, set up & clean up of events. Please contact us at info@NoBAdistrict.com

Q:What is Cross Properties Doing?

A: Cross Properties will lead the master redevelopment of the historic Bala Avenue corridor in Lower Merion Township between Montgomery and City Avenues. Through collaboration with neighbors and the investment of $100MM, Cross will craft the NoBA district into an authentic community that is established
in its history but looks forward to the future. Cross has begun development on three properties at 10 Union, 1 Cynwyd and 200 Bala, which will bring 240 residential units, roof decks, public gathering spaces, plentiful parking, 15,000 square-feet of lifestyle amenity space and 20,000 square-feet of mixed-use retail.

Q: Can I get to NoBA District using 
public transportation?

A: Yes, NoBA District is centrally located along the Cynwyd Line and served by many bus lines. Below please find the easiest methods of public transportation to visit NoBA.

By Train:

Monday- Friday: The Cynwyd Line operates 4am to 7pm
Saturdays & Sundays: The Paoli/Thorndale Line services
the Merion Station Monday through Sunday (1.2 miles away) 
5am to 12am.

By Bus:

#1 – Parx Casino to 54th-City
#44 – 5th – Market to Ardmore serves Cynwyd Station
#52 – 49th Woodland to Parkside serves Bala Station
#65 – Germantown to 69th St Center
